About the "Projektvernissage"
Twice a year, the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology is transformed into a large exhibition space: at the project opening, our students present their work – not behind closed doors, but in direct dialogue with interested visitors.
Save the date: The next Projektvernissage will take place on 21 January 2027 from 10 am to 1 pm in the R-Bau building at Hochschule München.

Insights into student projects
Over the course of the semesters, projects emerge that demonstrate just how diverse, creative and practically-oriented electrical engineering is.
In-depth technical knowledge, engaging presentations and a high degree of interactivity make the Projektvernissage an exciting experience. The creative stand design is also a key feature of the event. Prototypes, live demonstrations and experiments also encourage visitors to try out the technology behind the project and strike up conversations with one another.
Whether it’s urban greening, the energy supply of the future or smart systems for process optimisation: the results reflect the diversity of engineering-based solutions and demonstrate how the content of the degree programme is put into practice.
