Let’s raise a glass together to celebrate this successful outcome
On 25 October 2024, we had the pleasure of raising a glass with our graduates with a bachelor's degree and those with a master's degree to celebrate the successful completion of their studies.
Also in attendance were Professors from the department, the proud families and many hard-working student representatives.
Following a brief champagne reception, the departmental student representation, represented by Ms Quaderer, and Dean Wolfgang Rehm welcomed all the guests to the ‘Roter Würfel’ and guided them through the programme.
This year, Vice-President Sonja Munz delivered the Presidium’s welcome address.
Prof. Eggers’ light-hearted interludes created a lively atmosphere in the hall.
This year, we have decided to honour all the graduates present with a certificate to mark the successful completion of their studies.
At the graduation ceremony, the following students received awards for achieving the highest grades:
- Simon Feist (bachelor's degree in EI)
- Pascal Hinterberger (bachelor's degree in RE)
- Antonia Mangstl (bachelor's degree in European Studies)
- Markus Fuchs (master's degree in EL)
- Kathrin Eckmann (master's degree in Software Engineering)

After the official part of the ceremony, all the guests gathered in the foyer in front of the red cube. Here, they raised a toast to the graduates over drinks and canapés. The departmental student representation had once again set up its famous bar.
There was laughter and celebration late into the night. Thank you to all the guests and helpers for making the party such a success.
