What our students say

Student at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences

Iryna Shkurko, student in the 3rd semester of the Digital Systems degree program

„The best thing about the Digital Systems degree program: We don't wait until later. From the first semester on, we learn by doing. Theory is important, but seeing your own project work in practice for the first time is simply unbeatable.“

Leon Roth, student in the 3rd semester of the Digital Systems degree program

"What I particularly value about the Digital Systems degree program is that students are able to engage in hands-on development from the very first semester."

“This degree programme helps me not only to use technical systems, but also to develop them myself – it’s an incredibly good feeling.”

“It was clear to me: I want to study engineering, but in a modern setting and with a focus on society. Digital systems combine all of these elements.”

“I wanted a degree programme where I wouldn’t just be accumulating knowledge, but where I could actually build, experiment with and further develop things. Digital Systems offers me exactly that.”

“You work as part of a team, learn about agile methods and really develop something of your own.”

“We’re not just learning about software or hardware – but how the two work together. That’s exactly the combination I’ve been looking for.”

“I feel very much at home at Hochschule München – the groups are small, the laboratories are superbly equipped and the Professors take the time to help.”

“I chose the Digital Systems degree programme because I don’t just want to understand technology – I want to actually shape it. It’s precisely through the projects we undertake from the very first semester that you can immediately see what you’re studying for.”
